About:
I’m Dr. Ace and I work with patients looking to maintain and improve their active lifestyle while succeeding in their chosen career. My focus when working with patients is to create an individual plan that works for their lifestyle and allows them to achieve their individual goals. Additionally, I am certified in the Webster Technique which is the chiropractic technique focused on care during pregnancy. For me, this certification was the next step to be able to support my patients in whatever their personalized care can look like in my practice.
When running track in college, I was injured every season, was not able to recover fully and was forced to retire. I was unable to see that multiple injuries on my left leg for 3 seasons in a row created a large imbalance in my body. Following my track career I started working with a chiropractor and FINALLY began to feel like myself. We were able to work through years of imbalance so I could finally get back to running and training at a high level. Following my personal healing, I knew I had to learn everything I could to support others on a similar journey.
Fun Facts:
-I ran the 100 meter and 200 meter dash in college.
-I have a 10 year old cat with no teeth named Ottis.
-My favorite dessert is anything chocolate
Patient Testimonials:
Lacey, Crossfitter with Chronic Knee Pain
“I had not received chiropractic care before coming to GoGa but I was completely hooked after my first visit with Dr Ace. Having only been a patient for a couple of months, I can say my chronic pain has greatly decreased and my body feels better primed for movement than it ever did before.”
Olivia, Debilitating Migraines
“I suffered from chronic headaches that seemed never-ending (from a ski fall on my head 10 years ago), I had absolutely given up on not having more than 15-20 headache days a month. I had seen every neurologist, tried every pill, nothing had worked.
Dr. Ace took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, personalizing my treatment knowing that my headaches and/or migraines can be aggravated if we push my neck a little too much.
The results have been nothing short of amazing. After just a few sessions, I saw a reduction in headache days. And now three months in, they’re virtually gone — I wouldn’t even consider them chronic. I even ran for the first time in 15 years, pain free.
15/10 would recommend”
