Chiropractic

We offer compassionate chiropractic care that empowers you to heal, learn, and evolve. Through connection, specific chiropractic adjustments, functional movements, soft tissue work, and breathwork, we’ll work together to release stress and tension patterns in your mind and body, allowing you to experience life to the fullest.

My purpose is to inspire the evolution of humanity– by facilitating a safe space for practice members to reflect on the depths of their own Thoughts, Traumas, and Toxins that are contributing to stress in their lives. Utilizing breathwork and movement as the framework for health and healing, I work with practice members to sort out the global tensions on their bodies by exploring movement and breath in areas of tension.

Due to my father’s work, I moved around a lot as a child–having resided in Taiwan, China, USA, and Japan all by the age of 10. My family finally settled in San Jose when I was 11 years old. I spent most of my life on the pool deck, swimming for the historic Santa Clara Swim Club–where eventually I earned a scholarship to swim at UC San Diego. Unfortunately, I spent most of my college career injured. While injured, I was told that once I stopped swimming that I would get better. However, a year out of college later–I was in more pain than I was and found myself seeing a Chiropractor for the first time as I had exhausted all possible care options. After just one treatment, I found myself physically and emotionally better. 4 months after that first adjustment, I started school at Palmer West College of Chiropractic.

While at Palmer West, I held several leadership positions on campus: Campus Guides, President of PSAF, President of CCA, Executive Member of PCBD, President of Speak Club, Kairos Training Culture Facilitator. I was the recipient of the “Clinical Excellence Award” and “Virgil Strang Philosophy Award” in my graduating cohort, while also being the recipient of the CalChiro “Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship” and “Dr Dark Memorial Scholarship”.
